I grew up across Germany, Benin, Turkey and Laos, finished a French Baccalauréat in Vientiane, studied economics in Rotterdam and mechanical engineering at ETH Zurich, and eventually landed in Amsterdam. That path built something useful: I can walk into most rooms, read the dynamics quickly, and find the thread that connects the technical problem to the human one underneath it.
2020 to 2024o9 Solutions
I started in business development at o9, a supply and demand planning SaaS. I moved into implementation, spent four years watching what actually gets adopted versus what collects dust, and ended up leading a team of five consultants. One project went from red to green in six months because we redesigned the process and rebuilt trust with the stakeholders.
2025 to nowAtlassian
Solution Engineer, the technical counterpart to account executives across DACH, the Nordics and Benelux. Discovery to close: qualification, use case design, demos, and the security and compliance questions that decide whether deals move forward. A lot of cloud migrations in regulated industries. A lot of AI adoption conversations.
